Privacy policy

What we collect

• When you order: your Discord username, your email address, an optional note, the product and the time of the order.
• If you sign in: your Discord user ID and username, your balance and its history. A sign-in cookie keeps you logged in for 30 days; it is only used for that.
• Referral codes: the code an order was placed with. Partners only see totals per order (date, product, amount), never who bought.
• Technical data: your IP address is stored with the order to stop abuse (at most five orders per hour from one address).

Why

We use this data only to process your order, to find your ticket in Discord, and to contact you about the order. We do not sell it and do not use it for advertising.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies and uses no analytics. The only cookie is the sign-in cookie, if you sign in. A referral code from a partner link is kept in your browser for 30 days. Fonts are served from our own server, so no data goes to third parties when you load a page.

Discord

Payment and handover take place in Discord. What you write there is also processed by Discord under its own privacy policy.

How long we keep it

We keep order data as long as we need it for the order, the guarantee and our legal record-keeping duties, then delete it.

Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct or delete your data at any time. Open a ticket in our Discord.
