Terms of service

1. What we sell

Kairos sells warmed YouTube accounts. Proxies are not included. Other products shown on this site as “coming soon” (proven niches, ready channels, a done-for-you service) can only be ordered once they are marked as available.

2. Ordering and payment

• An order placed on this site gives you an order number (for example KX-48213). Nothing is charged at that point.
• You then open a ticket in our Discord and post your order number. Payment is settled with you in that private ticket.
• Items from stock are reserved for 48 hours. Orders that are not paid within 48 hours are cancelled and the items go back on sale.
• Prices are in US dollars. Done-for-you plans are billed per month; the clone setup is paid once per format.

3. Handover

After payment, accounts are handed over in your ticket with login and two-factor access. Proxies are not included: you run each account on your own proxy, one proxy per account. Niches and channels made to order are handed over in the same ticket once they are ready. From handover on, you are responsible for the account and for keeping its login safe.

4. Impression guarantee

Every account is checked in YouTube Studio before it is listed. If an account gets no impressions after 5 uploads, or does not match the tier you bought, we replace it for free. Open a ticket with your order number so we can check it. The replacement does not cover accounts flagged because of your content, your proxy or a leaked IP; the setup guide on our site explains how to avoid that.

5. Done-for-you service

• The clone setup ends with a first video for your approval. The monthly plan starts once you approve it.
• Plans run month to month. You can stop at the end of any month by telling us in your ticket.
• The channel and its income stay yours. We only produce the videos, and upload them if your plan includes it.

6. Your use

You are responsible for how you use the accounts and channels, including the proxy and setup you run them on, following YouTube's terms and the law where you live. We cannot guarantee views, income or how YouTube treats a channel in the future.

7. Refunds

Once an account or channel has been handed over, we replace instead of refunding (see section 4). An order that has been paid but not yet handed over can be cancelled in your ticket for a full refund.

8. Account and balance

• You can sign in with your Discord account. We send a one-time code by direct message from Kairos Bot and never ask for a password.
• Balance is added through an order like any other: you pay in your ticket, and the amount shows as balance once the payment is in.
• Balance can be used for anything sold on this site and does not expire. Unused balance is refunded on request in a ticket, to the account it came from.
• If an order paid with balance is cancelled before handover, the amount goes back to your balance.

9. Referral codes

A referral code never changes the price you pay. Partners are paid by us, not by you. Only pay to the address Kairos Bot posts in your ticket, never to a partner or anyone else directly.
